Standard shipping outside the U.S. is available via United States Postal Service Global Air Mail.

We should receive your order according to the shipping option you select.

Custom Information

We are not liable for packages that are confiscated by customs. Customers will be charged for any fees incurred by refused shipments.

Certain countries have a habit of confiscating adult material. We are not responsible for customs seizures. We can special pack the movies to reduce the potential of problems, but cannot guarantee shipments to any country based upon customs problems.

Customs declarations may indicate the full value of the order (US$). International customers are responsible for paying any duties, customs charges or tariffs on the products when the package arrives in their country.

If you make the choice to purchase adult titles, it is your responsibility to know your country's customs laws on the importation of adult material. We will not refund orders that are confiscated by customs, and we will not reship adult material that has been rejected by customs.

Canadian Customs Information

Customs, import duties, and brokerage fees are levied once shipments reach Canada. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all of these charges. We do not gave control over these charges. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.

Korea Joint Customs and Postal Information

Clearance of International Postal Items Purchased Online

All items of total declared value equal to or less than W150,000(Korean currency) will be declared duty-free and thus exempt from additional clearance charges.

A total merchandise value that exceeds W150,000 does not meet Korea's duty-free criteria and will incur additional clearance charges. Thus, a 18% tariff rate may be added to the total price of all merchandise sent to Korea plus shipping charge.

A maximum of up to twenty DVDs once a month that do not contain violent and/or sexually explicit material will be permitted to enter Korean territory if and only if the material in question does not threaten the national interest.

Packaging and Wrapping Services

Many DVD movies are offered in a special cardboard box package with a plastic lock, known as a Keep Case.

On foreign shipments, Adult DVD products can be shipped without keep case, but with insert cover by cutomer's request.

If you live in a country where adult material packages tend to be lost, stolen, or confiscated, we take EXTRA PRECAUTIONS by using discreet packaging measures to eliminate losses in transit and to keep the movies you purchase COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL!

Adult DVD orders are shipped in either plain sturdy cardboard boxes or in mailing containers. Neither contains any reference to the contents. The contents are never indicated on the exterior of the package. Your privacy is always respected. Everything is shipped in plain unmarked packages. We will also remove labels and add labels to disguise adult oriented DVD's contents. Further, if you gave any instruction or requirement please specify your packaging information in the check out form.

OmniDVDs.com cannot assume any liability for foreign customs rules and regulations, but we do guarantee that if your order is returned to us due to regulations, you will receive a FULL REFUND for the product purchased, the EXCLUDING ONE WAY SHIPPING CHARGES from our location to any location around the world.

Shipping and Billing Address

The shipping address and the person receiving the package has to match the credit card holder name and billing address to process the order form.

Verification Process

For your protection, due to the high rate of international fraud, Dvdasian.com has implemented a strict international customer verification process. We may request a copy of your credit card statement, showing your billing address, and a copy of your credit card for any of the following criteria:

• An individual order is over $50
• There is excessive ordering by your account or to the same shipping address.
• Your order receives from a high fraud rating country or looks suspicious of fraud.
• Your phone number is invalid.

This is a one time inconvenience. We can accept driver's license, passport and bank/credit card statements. Black out any information that is private. We occasionally request this information to protect our customers from the large volume of international credit fraud. We use this information to verify your account. Once your account is verified you will not have to provide this information again. If you do not provide us this information, we will not send your order.
