Joongbong Fundamentals DVD:
The joongbong, or short stick, is the most versatile and easy to learn weapon. Once mastered, the principles of the joongbong can be applied to any blunt weapon.
This DVD covers the fundamentals and basic patterns (hyung) of the joongbong including:

Advanced Joongbong DVD:
This DVD builds on the material taught in the Joongbong Fundamentals DVD, teaching Forward Grip Combat, Reverse Grip Close Combat and three Advanced Patterns.
In the Forward Grip section, you will learn advanced combat applications against a partner including choking, locking, takedowns, pins and disarms (using the short stick against an attacker with a short stick). Reverse Grip Combat includes 10 of the most effective ways to take down your opponent when you are at very close range. Filmed at a Junsado seminar, the material on this DVD is highly realistic and damaging to an opponent who breaks through your initial defense and gets too close for you to use conventional Joong Bong strikes and blocks. Junsado master "Hanho" Sang H. Kim will demonstrate each technique, give you step by step instruction and provide insightful training tips. This section includes slow motion, full speed and follow along demonstrations.
Also, learn three advanced short stick patterns that introduce new blocks, strikes, parries, combinations and footwork: Joong Bong Il Hyung, Ee Hyung, and Sam Hyung. Terminology graphics will enhance your understanding the movements.
