Leung Siu-Fu, a student of Chung Hwa Chinese Boxing Gymnasium, beats up a Japanese Judo instructor and his lascivious students when he catches them harassing a waitress in his restaurant. Of course, it's not long before the Judo instructor brings his horde to Siu-Fu's gym to exact revenge.
