This wonderful parody revolves around North Korea leader Kim Jung-il's daughter Jee-eun. Once a student at a dance school in Europe, she cannot forget the immense freedom that was offered to her over there. After a successful performance in South Korea, which immediately turns her into the new celebrated prima donna, she decides to break free from the restraints of her native country for good.

While all this takes place, the CIA tries to block the reunification attempts of South and North Korea, by dispatching secret agents to South Korea who aim at killing Jee-eun.

At the same time, Jee-eun is unaware of the danger she is in and lives a happy life with newly met acquaintance Jun-ho, leader of the rock group 'Nofence'. Through Jee-eun's presence, 'Nofence' are given the rare opportunity of performing at a rock festival ?
